Wedding dress in Satin and Chantilly for Wedding in Greyfriars Kirk

Sam had ideas of a lovely wedding dress which had the deep box pleats on the skirt, the top she was a bit more unsure about, so we experimented with different options and styles.  The one thing she did know was that she would like to be fairly “covered” up. Valentines Wedding in Oran Mor, Glasgow

Leigh had firm ideas of silhouette and style for her wedding dress when she came to visit me back in 2012. She didn’t realise how many types of lace i had to chose from, the one she chose is so pretty, a fairly large pattern with the floral pattern in a very shiny viscose thread. It was a great option for a February wedding as the artificial light reflects shadows of the floral pattern on the the satin backing the lace. Lace and silk crepe wedding dress for Melrose Wedding

Alice wanted a simple and organic feel to her wedding and to her dress. She chose a heavy silk crepe skirt with a long length bodice with ivory lace and a champagne cord. The dress had silk chiffon sleeves and lace scallop edges on the neckline and where the skirt and bodice joined. It laced up internally and was fastened with a concealed zip at the back.
