Gorgeous dress for relaxing Highland wedding

Wedding weekend at Achnagairn Estate

Stephanie and her husband run their own business and so have very busy schedules and limited time off. Their ideal wedding day was to be a relaxing day in the Highlands at Achnagairn Estate, surrounded by their friends and family.

Stephanie’s dress was a definite “Stephanie dress” as described by herself. It was full length with a loosely fitted skirt which was made from French silk chiffon. The top was fitted and made from guipure lace, with long sleeves and a V-neckline.

We also made Stephanie’s sister an outfit for the wedding. It was made from lovely blue lace and pearl grey silk chiffon.

Stephanie had some lovely words to say after the wedding:

“The whole process from design to completion was completely stress-free. I was so sad to leave the shop the day I collected it. Every meeting and fitting were always a joy! Your genuine enthusiasm and experience put my mind so much at ease, that I knew from an early stage that my wedding dress would be perfect for me….and so it was! I had so many compliments on the day from friends and family saying how beautiful it was and how much it suited me. A definite Stephanie dress!!”
