It was such a joy working with Grazyna, making her crepe wedding dress with drapes. She had lovely sophisticated and very simple ideas for her wedding dress.
We made Grazyna a bespoke slim-cut crepe dress cut with a princess line over the bust. The dress had a deep neckband also made in crepe. She had sheer silk chiffon drapes over her low back. Â Â We made buttons and loops of the dress fabric. Over 100 buttons we attached to the hem.
The bride has lived worldwide, and her friends and family came from all over the globe to the wedding. Sadly covid came in the way. The wedding sadly had to be postponed.
We find it rewarding when clients come in and have some ideas of what they want, and we have to work with them and suggest fabrics and details, and techniques to create the dress to make and hopefully exceed the vision the bride has in her head of what she would like to wear on her big day.
We usually communicate back and forward and look at samples together to get the right fabric and design.
Finally, the wedding took place in this beautiful seaside venue in Poland. Grazyna looked incredible in her crepe wedding dress with drapes. She accessorised well with red shoes, flowers and nails.
