Building on this vision, Freja Designer Dressmaking was founded in 1998 by Danish-born designer Mette Baillie. With classical tailoring training in Denmark and a fashion industry career that included Marks & Spencer, Mette brought her deep love for craftsmanship to Scotland. Her goal? Since then, to create a space where personal service, premium fabrics, and individual expression meet.
