We reserve the right to change or amend our terms and conditions. If you choose to use our website we will consider this as you being in acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with the terms you must discontinue using our site and services.
MEMBERSHIP/ SUBSCRIPTION
In order to subscribe to our sewing course on a subscription basis we require you to set up an account. You are able to cancel your subscription at any point with 14 days notice.
PAYMENT
In order to use our services you must have a valid payment method, this exclude our free resources and services. We reserve the rights to change the payment methods we accept without notice.
SALE
Pricing for courses, patterns, memberships and other goods are displayed on the website. Prices may change without notice. We may cancel any order place by you for any reason. Once you have completed an order, we will confirm your purchase by email.
DELIVERY
Digital downloads will be delivered immediately. If you experience any difficulties downloading any of our goods or services, please get in touch so we can try and assist you courses@freja-fashion.co.uk
Physical good will be shipped using Royal Mail or other reputable courier companies. We will process your order and post on the following business day. Please notify us about any damage or lost goods in transit.
